What is Bottoms Up Bartending, and do you provide the alcohol?

What areas do you serve, and do you charge a travel fee?

We serve Broward and Palm Beach counties, with travel fees applying to events outside these areas.

What add-ons do you offer?

We have a wide variety of add-on services including Champagne toast, Table-side win pouring, specialty shot options and more. We also offer coolers, portable bar rentals, additional bartenders, and extended service time. You can find descriptions on our Services Page.

What do I need to provide for the bar setup?

If you’re not renting our portable bar or purchasing the Consumables or Mixer Packages, you’ll need to provide a stable setup area, coolers, ice, mixers, cups, and any additional bar essentials.

Does your team handle bar cleanup?

Yes, we handle setup and cleanup of the bar area, but general event cleanup or garbage removal outside the bar area is not included.

What if my event runs longer than expected?

You can extend the service time during the event if needed, based on staff availability. Additional fees will apply.

What is your deposit, payment, and cancellation policy?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event. If an event is canceled due to a natural disaster, payments can be applied to a rescheduled date within one year.

How does gratuity work?

A $250 gratuity per bartender is required. If a tip jar is allowed but doesn’t reach this amount, the difference is billed. If no tip jar is allowed, the gratuity is added to your final bill.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, we carry general liability insurance for your peace of mind. If required by your venue, we have them added as Additional Insured.
